• How do I get help?
  Our online help desk and technical centre covers a wide range of help topics and contains all the information needed to configure your dial up and email account. If you should require further assistance give our support line a call on 0871 434 2310 (calls are charged at 10p per minute)
  
  
• How do I configure my computer to use Net ISP?
  Full step by step guides on configuring your account for both Mac and PC user are available in the online help desk section.
  
  
• How do I buy broadband?
  You can purchase broadband from Net ISP by either logging into your account and clicking on "service ordering" in your user control panel or by going direct to the following URL http://signup.netisp.co.uk/shopping
  
  
• How do I set up a web site?
  Create a hostname by logging into your user control panel and clicking on "add host" then create a web ftp account for your hostname. Alternatively you could purchase your own domain name from the Net ISP shopping cart.
  
  
• I've created some web space but it won't allow me to FTP to it, what could be wrong?
  There are two possible reasons you can not FTP.
  1. You must be using a Net ISP dialup or broadband connection to access your free web space.
  2. Web space only becomes available for FTP 24hrs from when you create it. If after 24hrs you are still unable to FTP to your account give our help line a call on 0871 434 2310 (calls are charged at 10p per minute)
  
  
• How do I access my user control panel?
  you can access your user control panel directly by click on this URL http://signup.netisp.co.uk/admin You'll need to have your username and password ready. For a more detailed overview of the user control panel click on the "user control panel" button in the "members centre" section of the main menus to the left.
  
  
• How do I set up more POP 3 addresses?
  Login to your user control panel and select "add pop3" from the menu.
  
  
• How do I access my email account via webmail?
  You can access your email account via the webmail login panel at the top of every page on the Net ISP site or by going direct to the webmail URL http://webmail.netisp.co.uk
  
  
• What do I have to pay to use Net ISP?
  Nothing directly. You use an 0845 number to dial up to the Internet with Net ISP. This is charged to your phone bill as a local rate call. We make a fraction of a penny per minute that you use the connection. This enables us to provide everything else free of charge. If you want to buy further services, such as broadband, you can do.
