• Setup default home page (Windows)
  Open Netscape/Mozilla
  Click on Edit, then select preferences
  Select the Navigator option from the left
  Click on Home page
  Next to the Location page, type in the address of the home page
  Click OK
• Setup default home page (Mac)
  Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences.
  Choose Navigator category from the list.
  Choose Home Page in the Navigator Starts with box.
  Enter the address in the adjacent textbox.
  Click OK.
• Enable Cookies
  Open Netscape/Mozilla
  Select Edit from the title bar
  Click on Preferences
  Click on Privacy & Security
  In the "Cookies" dialog box, click on the radio button to "Enable all cookies"
  Click OK
• Flush Cache/History
  Open Netscape/Mozilla
  Select Edit from the title bar
  Click on Preferences
  Select Advanced
  Click on Cache
  Select Clear Memory Cache and also Clear Disk Cache.
  Click OK
• Configure Proxy Settings
  Open Netscape/Mozilla
  Click on Edit, then select preferences
  Click on the + next to Advanced and select Proxies
  Click next to Manual proxy configuration and click on View
  Next to HTTP: enter the proxy address and port number
  Click OK
