- Open Outlook Express. In the Menu Bar select Tools then Accounts.
- Click on the Mail tab
- Go to Add, then Mail
- You will be asked to enter a 'Display Name'. This is the name that appears in the 'From' field of any e-mails you send, i.e. John S, or John Smith etc.
- Click next
- Now you are asked to enter an e-mail address. This is the address chosen upon signing up to Net ISP.
- Hit Next
- Check that POP3 is selected where 'My incoming mail server is a ……… server ' is displayed. You are now asked for the mail server names.
Incoming: mail.netisp.co.uk or mail.yourdomainname.com if you have your own domain name.
Outgoing: mail.netisp.co.uk or mail.yourdomainname.com if you have your own domain name.
- Hit Next.
- Now, you need to enter you username and password for your email account.
- Hit Next.
You have now successfully configured your email account, click on finish.
